AI Training Roles

How we work

What this site is

This is an independent job board for AI training work. It collects public openings from several platforms and shows them in one place. It is not a recruiter and it does not hire anyone.

Where the data comes from

We read only public job feeds that the employers publish themselves:

We do not read Mercor or Alignerr, because their terms restrict bots, crawling and scraping. Outlier and DataAnnotation have no public job feed. For those, we only write an independent description of the platform.

Pay: only listed rates

We show a rate only when the employer published one. We label it "as listed". When the feed has no pay, or the value is not a real hourly rate, we show none. A listed rate is not a promise of what you will be offered or paid, and we cannot say how likely you are to be accepted.

Updates

The site is rebuilt once a day from those feeds. Roles can close before the next update, so a role you see here may already be gone on the employer's page.

Referral links and money

Some apply buttons may carry a referral code. If you sign up through it and meet the platform's conditions, the site operator can receive a bonus, at no cost to you. A link with a code is marked next to the button. The full explanation is in the affiliate disclosure. A referral code does not change which roles we list or how we describe them, and where a platform has no referral program, the button has no code.

What we do not do

No contact address is published yet. It will appear on the legal page together with the operator details; until then, corrections cannot be sent through this site.
