AI Training Roles

Paid Research Interviews and Studies AI Training Interview Questions

Paid research studies pay professionals and consumers to take part in interviews, surveys, recordings or evaluation tasks, often about the tools they use at work. On Terac, which lists most of these, each opportunity has its own steps, usually screening questions and then the session itself. These practice questions help you answer screeners honestly and give useful interviews.

Practice questions

These are practice questions written for this site to help you prepare. No platform has said it asks these exact questions.

  1. Describe your current role and the tools you use every week.

A good answer covers: Accurate, specific answers. Screeners check fit, and misrepresenting yourself wastes the session and can get you removed.

  2. Walk us through the last time you chose a new software tool at work.

A good answer covers: The need, the options, how you compared them, who decided and what happened after.

  3. What frustrates you most about your current workflow?

A good answer covers: Concrete examples with the impact on time or quality, not general complaints.

  4. React to this new product concept.

A good answer covers: Honest first reaction, what you would use, what is missing, and how it compares with your current tools.

  5. Can you share your screen and show a typical task?

A good answer covers: Prepare a clean screen with no confidential data, and narrate what you do and why.

  6. How would you rate the AI output for a task in your field?

A good answer covers: Specific strengths and errors tied to how you would do the task yourself.

  7. What should you check before joining a paid session?

A good answer covers: The time, pay, format (video, voice, survey), and any recording or confidentiality terms.

  8. How do you keep company information safe in a research interview?

A good answer covers: Speak about your own experience; do not share client names, internal numbers or documents.
